The apartment is located in a cool neighborhood it is quiet during nights … you can easily leave the terrace doors open. The bed though not the largest is comfortable and big enough for two. We appreciated a well equipped kitchen with everything that you need, including a Nespresso machine. Separate toilet, bathroom with a large shower – all in style. The apartment it is located in a hip and cool area, a lot of things to do – many bars, restaurants, shops all in waling distance. It is easy to get to public transport, with two stations nearby. The view is very spectacular and the best is you can enjoy it from each room – you can see half Paris including the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Sacre Coeur and more – hard to top that! The communication with the host was very pleasant, timely and accurate – absolutely no problems. It is a person-less handover system, which works very easy. We were very happy about our stay and enjoyed it – for sure that will be our first spot to check for next time!
Très bel appartement , décoré avec goût , la vue est à couper le souffle ( dernier étage ) idéal pour voir une bonne partie des monuments de Paris ( Tour Eiffel Notre Dame .. Bastille .. ) même du lit !!. La résidence est moderne , bien arborée et très bien entretenue.. l appartement se trouve dans un quartier des plus branchés de Paris , mais néanmoins très calme … le Marais ( place des Vosges ) est à quelques minutes a pieds . Si je reviens à Paris je n hésiterai pas à le relouer !… et merci pour la gentille attention pour l arrivée 👍🏼

We selected Mickael’s elegant one-bedroom in the heart of Paris for our 10th wedding anniversary. We wanted a clean, spacious, and affordable place in a convenient location and were delighted with our find. Not only was the apartment lovely and well-equipped, but its top-floor deck facing the city was the cherry on top! We enjoyed a view of Paris’s monuments from the Bastille’s column to the Sacré Cœur, including a shimmering Eiffel Tower every night! I had lived in this neighborhood decades ago and wondered if it had kept its charm. I found the Rue de la Roquette even more welcoming and lively than in my memories. I highly recommend Mickael’s apartment for any length of stay in Paris.
